Who we are

Asila Studio is a web design and AI automation studio. This page explains what happens to the details you share with us. Questions: hello@asilastudio.co.uk.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our form or assistant, we collect your name, email, company, the services you are interested in, your budget, timeline and message. We also keep a scrambled version of your IP address to block spam.

We count visits anonymously, so we know which pages are popular. This cannot identify you.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send you a confirmation.
• To send up to two short follow-ups if we have not spoken yet. Each one has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• To keep the site safe from spam.

We never sell your data or add you to a newsletter without asking.

Who helps us

Cloudflare hosts the site, stores enquiries, checks the form for bots and counts visits. Zoho runs our email. They only use your data to provide these services to us.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site keeps a small note in your browser so page transitions play smoothly. It is deleted when you close the tab.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your data at any time. Just email hello@asilastudio.co.uk. We keep enquiries only as long as we need them, and we delete yours as soon as you ask. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can also contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
