Terms of use.

About these terms

This website is run by Asila Studio. By using it, you agree to these terms.

These terms cover the website only. If we work together on a project, that work is covered by a separate written agreement and quote.

Using the site

You may browse the site, read it and share links to it. Please do not:

• try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or its systems
• send spam, false enquiries or harmful code through our forms or assistant
• copy the site's design, code, text or images for your own use without our written permission

Our work and concept builds

The design, code, text, logo and images on this site belong to Asila Studio unless we say otherwise.

Projects marked "Concept build" are demonstration sites we made to show what we can do. They are not paid client projects, and the businesses shown in them are fictional or used for illustration only.

The assistant and demos

The assistant and demos on this site give general information to help you decide whether to work with us. Prices and timelines they mention are estimates. Your final price and timeline are always confirmed in a written quote.

Accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always complete, correct or available. We may change or remove content at any time.

Links to other sites

We may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using, or not being able to use, this website.

Your data

How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
